Its been a while I haven’t updated this page.. Here is a quick breakfast recipe. Simple and healthy too. You can serve with some fresh vegetables too. Best easy way to use leftover cottage cheese 🙂
Instructions
- Make a paste out of salt and other dry powders
- Cut paneer to cubes and marinate them with this spicy paste
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer cubes until the sides turn golden brown
- Apply butter on the sides of bread
- Heat non stick dosa tawa
- Toast wheat bread with butter and serve with fried paneer, tomato ketchup
