If you want it to be healthier try baking or shallow frying instead of deep frying Bhindi. I personally haven’t tried these two methods and hence am not sure how the output will be. - 12 Ladies Finger
- 3 tbsps Besan Flour
- 2 tbsps Rice flour
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Wash and wipe Vendakkai with kitchen towel
- Cut them into half and then slit them vertically into thin pieces
- Basically we are cutting ladies finger as thin as possible
- Then in a wide bowl add them, besan flour, rice flour, curd
- Start mixing the spice powders as well
- Make sure all the ladies finger pieces are coated evenly with flour mixture
- If you think the mixture is too dry and if it sticks to your finger then add little oil to the mixture
- Let it rest for about minutes 15
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown
- Remove from the pan, drain excess oil and serve it hot
