In case if you don’t like to eat chunky tomatoes in a gravy you can always Puree it. I prepare this in batches and store it in refrigerator. They stay alright upto a week.When you are preparing Pasta, Gravy or even while making noodles you could use this Puree.
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes in water and slightly slit them into halves 4
- Boil 3 cups of water in a vessel
- Add tomatoes in boiling water for about 5 minutes
- Remove them,cool and peel off the skin
- Chop the tomatoes roughly and blend them to a smooth Puree
