Basically soaking chia seeds in water or any liquid like yogurt, milk or juice will increase chia seeds’ size and they form a gel like structure. This chia gel can later be used in baking or can be used in your museli or can be added to any of your regular meal. Here in this smoothie recipe I soaked chia seeds in orange juice for about 30 minutes and then added to the blender.

- 1/4 cup Orange juice water or

- 3 Strawberry
- 8 10 Blueberry
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Yogurt

Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in water or orange juice for about 30 minutes
- Then along with berries and other ingredients blend them
