Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables length wise
- Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan
- Add cumin seeds,curry leaves
- Let it splutter
- Add the vegetables,salt,coriander powder and pepper powder
- Keep on stirring the vegetables for about minutes 2 4
- The crunchiness of the vegetables should not be lost
- Remove it from stove and serve it with a dip(Corainder Dip)
