Another popular breakfast of TamilNadu. You have to get the proportions of rice flour, maida and rava correctly or else dosai will not have the crisp texture. The batter has to rest for about an 1 hr atleast. It goes well with chutney/sambar/molagapodi. Adding 1/4 cup of yogurt add a bit of sourness to the batter and will give a crispier dosa too. With the following measurement you can prepare around 10-12 dosas.
