Potato wedges are one of the favorite snack for most of us. Crispy outer skin and soft potatoes inside will make us drool :-D.
It is very easy to prepare this yummy snack at home. You don’t need an oven or microwave. It takes around 20 minutes to make wedges. You can have it with tomato ketchup/sour cream or with Guacamole.

- 3 Potatoes Big
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic chopped garlic powder or finely
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsps Oil

Instructions
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into pieces 1 inch thick
- Adding garlic is purely Since we love the garlicky aroma with potatoes i have used it. You skip if you don'like to add garlic optional. can t
- Boil water with some salt in a vessel
- Add those potato pieces and let them be 3/4th cooked. Prick a fork and check if its cooked 3
- Do not over cook the potatoes since the might get broken or will become mushy if its cooked completely wedges
- Now in a non stick frying pan add oil generously
- Then add garlic, salt and pepper powder and saute for minute half
- Now place the cooked potatoes in the pan and wait for 5 minutes so that the sides are half cooked
- Carefully turn potatoes in regular intervals until you get a golden brown crispy outer skin
- Within approximately 12-15 minutes you will get beautiful potato Serve the hot wedges with ketchup or mayo
