It took around 30 minutes to prepare this. The following measurement yielded me about 12 medium sized tikkis. Adjust your measurement accordingly. I have used chilli powder for adding spice to tikki. However you can replace it by green chillies.

Ingredients
- 4 Potato
- 1/2 cup peas Frozen
- 2 Wheat bread
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsps Butter
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- pinch Turmeric a
- 1/4 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Amchur (Dry Mango) Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Pressure cook potatoes up to 4 whistles
- Boil peas separately in boiling water. Do not over cook them
- Once the potatoes are slightly cooled down peel off the skin and mash completely
- Remove the corners of bread
- Chop the remaining bread fine pieces portion
- In a big bowl take the mashed potatoes and start adding all the ingredients except butter one by one
- Divide the potato mix into equal sized balls
- Flatten the balls into You coat the bread crumbs and then pan fry them if you want to add some extra crispness. However I didn'use bread crumbs. Still the tikkis turned out great discs. can discs in t
- Heat butter in Dosa Tawa or a frying pan
- Pan fry the tikkis until both sides turn golden brown
- Serve the tikkis with Mint Chutney or Tomato sauce
