Poha or Flattened Rice Flakes porridge is easier to digest and have been giving her this porridge since A was seven months old. I have seen people saying that including Roasted Gram in babies diet would make them constipated. However I didn’t notice any such specific difficulty for little A. This becomes thicker the moment you start heating it up. Keep stirring in low flame until its completely cooked
