One of my favorite pasta recipes. With very less ingredients this is such a rich, flavorful dish.I have prepared white sauce as a base. You might try it with Marinara sauce as well.

Ingredients
- 200 gms Whole Wheat Pasta Penne
- 4 tbsps Sauce Basic White -
- 10 15 Mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch Spring Onions
- Oregano Basil Chilli , , flakes for seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic Finely
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp White pepper

Instructions
- Prepare pasta Al dente according to instructions package
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped spring onions,garlic
- Add salt, white pepper and saute for a minute
- Then add chopped mushrooms and saute for about minutes 4 5
- Once the mushrooms are cooked remove from the pan and keep it aside
- Now add cooked pasta in the pan and pour add the white sauce
- Toss them until pasta is evenly coated with sauce
- Now mix the sauteed mushrooms,spring onions with pasta
- Toss them again and season the pasta with dried basil,oregano & chilli flakes
- In case if you have fresh basil you substitute them too can
- Also cheese was out of stock and hence I haven'mentioned here. A little cheese won't hurt your waist line 😉 Add grated cheese on top of pasta and just serve them hot : )
