Pav Bhaji is one of the most famous street foods of North India. This is such a filling evening snack. I have used store bought pav buns only. Before serving the bhaji, add in a dollop of butter to enhance its taste.

- 8 Pav Bread
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Capscium
- 6 Beans French
- 2 Carrot
- 2 Onions
- 50 gms Peas Frozen
- 2 Tomatoes
- 10 Cauliflower water Florets cleaned with hot
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsps Pav Masala Bhaji
- to taste Salt
- Coriander leaves
- 2 lemon Fresh
- 1/4 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Jeera

Instructions
- Pressure cook potatoes,peas and keep aside
- Finely chop the onions,capsicum,cauliflower,beans,tomatoes
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds,jeera,green chillies,curry leaves to it
- Let it splutter
- Add chopped onions,carrot,beans,cauliflower florets to the kadai
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for about minutes 3
- Sprinkle little water and let the veggies get cooked
- Once the raw smell is gone they are cooked add turmeric powder,salt,pav bhaji powder to the mixture masala
- Now mash the boiled potatoes,peas and mix them in the kadai
- Reduce the flame,add some water and let the whole mixture gets cooked well
- Finally garnish it with coriander leaves
- In the mean time heat butter in Dosa Tawa or a medium sized frying pan
- Toast the Pav bread until they are golden brown
- Serve Hot Bhaji with Pav along with some chopped onions, lemon wedges
