
Home made paneer’s texture is always soft and you don’t have worry about the freshness of the paneer. For 1/2 litre of milk you will get around 100gms of paneer approximately.

Instructions
- Take a sauce and bring milk to boil
- Add lemon juice to the milk
- Once the milk starts curdling turn off the stove and remove it from heat
- Strain and tie the curdled milk in a soft cloth and hang the cloth for about an hour half
- Paneer is ready to be used
