On a lazy sunday if you have to cook a quick lunch then this Pulao is the best. It will take around 30 minutes to prepare this dish. The following measurement serves two.

- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 Onions Big
- 10 pods Garlic
- 4 Green Chillies
- 100 gms Paneer
- 15 20 Cashew nuts
- 4 tbsps Ghee
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 4 Cardomom
- 5 Cloves
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- Coriander leaves Mint leaves and few
- to taste Salt

- Soak Basmati Rice in water for about minutes one cup of 20
- Chop big onions,green chilles and garlic length wise
- Add a ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel or in a pressure cooker tbsp
- Add mustard seeds, bay leaf,cinnamon sticks, cardamom cloves.Let them splutter
- Then add chopped onions,green chillies and garlic to the pan.Saute until onions become translucent
- Now add soaked rice to this mixture. The ratio of basmati rice : water is always** 1:2
- Add coriander leaves,mint leaves and salt.Close the pan with a lid 1 tbsp
- Leave it for about 10 minutes. In the mean time add 1 tbsp of ghee in a skillet and roast cashewnuts.
- Cut fresh paneer into cubes. Marinate it with little salt and chilli powder.
- Roast Paneer in ghee until it turn golden brown.
- Now mix cashew nuts and Paneer to the rice.Paneer and cashew nut pulao is ready to be served.
