- 1 cup onion Chopped
- 2 Chillies Dried Red
- 2 tbsps Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Hing
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves few

- Mix onion,milk,curd and salt together
- Milk enhances the taste of raita
- If you want you add some water. Or else you just leave it as it is can can
- Heat oil in tadka pan and add dried chillies,mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves and corriander leaves
- Onion Raita is ready to be served
