
This recipe was taught to me by my MIL. It is very simple and easy to make. Oats is been a popular ingredient to include in breakfast and if you are bored of the usual oats porridge then try this simple no-ferment oats dosa

Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Onions Chopped
- 5 Green Chillies
- 5 6 Ginger pieces
- Curry Leaves few
- 1 tbsp Jeera Mustard seeds , each
- 3 tbsps Salt

Instructions
- Mix oats,wheat flour, semolina together by adding water. The batter should be rested for at least 30 minutes.
- The consistency of the batter should be a bit thinner than the usual dosa batter.
- Heat Dosa Tawa and add oil 1tbsp
- Add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves. Let it splutter
- Now add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger pieces and fry them for about minutes 2
- Add them to the batter
- Now spread the batter in circular shape. Pour cooking oil on the sides of dosa and wait until the dosa turns golden brown
- Flip over to other side. Once it is cooked on both sides, remove dosa from tawa
- Oats dosa is ready to be served with chutney or sambar
