Easy soup to prepare and perfect for this winter 🙂 You can eat it along with a slice of toast.

Ingredients
- 200 gms Button Mushroom
- cup Spring Onions Chopped a small
- 2 Chillis Green
- 1/4 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Corn Flour
- Water
- to taste Salt according
- 1 tsp Oregano Dried leaves
- Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Clean button mushrooms and chop them finely. Take some chopped pieces and keep them separately. We will use them later
- Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped mushrooms, green chilies, pepper, ginger & garlic
- Add little salt to the pan. Sautxe9 it for about 5 minutes
- Then grind them to a fine paste or if you have blender you blend them with little water can
- Now add 1/2 cup of water to the paste and let it boil for a 5 minutes
- Add salt and pepper powder pinch
- Heat little oil in the pan. Add the chopped onions and the chopped mushroom pieces that we have kept separately
- Sautxe9 for a minute and then add them to the soup
- Mushroom pieces and spring onions give some crunch to the soup
- If you find the soup is too runny then you can add little corn flour paste (corn flour + water) to it. It becomes thick
- Adding cream is optional. Before serving sprinkle dried oregano leaves and some fresh coriander leaves
