Our morning breakfasts can be made healthier by using this Homemade Granola mix. This has no refined sugar and have added a very little amount of Natural Honey for sweetness. Loaded with nuts and dried fruits am sure you will enjoy this healthy breakfast. The following measurement yields approximately 500gms of granola. Adjust measurements accordingly. Also I have used whatever ingredients available in my pantry. You can absolutely add your favorite nuts(pistachios/brazil nuts/hazelnuts) or dried fruits depending on your taste.
Adding too much honey or any sweetner will make the mixture soggy. Once the mixture is cooled completely transfer it to an airtight container.
