Guacamole is a Mexican dip recipe prepared using Avocado. I first tasted Guacamole in ElMexicana Restaurant in London. Have been hooked to this simple dish ever since.. I use it as a spread on my toast, I serve them with salads or even with rice.It tastes so good with Chapathi too..I always prepare Guac just few minutes before serving the dish and also adding Lemon Juice prevents Avo from turning brown. I generally don’t prepare them in bulk.. However if you want to store the leftover Guac in fridge make sure to squeeze lemon juice on top of it, tightly wrap the bowl with a plastic wrap to prevent the Guac in contact with air.
There are so many ways in which you could prepare this dip.. You can add chilli flakes or any dried italian herbs too along with fresh coriander leaves 🙂 The 4 main ingredients are Avo, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Lemon Juice
