However this green chutney sandwich is our personal favorite. It takes just 10 minutes to prepare and then 5 minutes on the griller. Within 15 minutes you can make a filling breakfast. The sandwiches can be paired with a glass of fresh orange juice,smoothies or Tea to make it a wholesome meal. Sandwiches are perfect for kids lunch box and during travels too.

- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp chopped Ginger Garlic pieces
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Whole Wheat Bread Cheddar Cheese onions tomato cucumber 8 4 Slices (or any cheese slice of your choice) 1/2 cup sliced ,,

- Clean coriander leaves and wash them thoroughly without any dirt
- Grind coriander leaves with salt,chilli,tomato and ginger garlic paste
- Adjust salt and keep it aside
- Apply a tbsp of chutney on one whole wheat bread. You can use white bread if you want
- Top it with sliced veggies
- Now place the cheddar cheese slice on top
- Grill until golden brown
- Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve them hot
- Melting cheese combined with the tanginess from coriander chutney makes it a delightful combination
- I served it with a glass of Twinings Masala Chai
- You can even pack these sandwiches for kid's school box or during any day trip outings too
****Notes :
If you don't have a griller or sandwich maker, first toast the breads until golden brown
. Place the chutney,veggies and cheese on top of a toasted bread slice
. Now heat dosa tawa,place this bread slice on it and close it with a lid
. The cheese will start to melt. Now place another bread on top of it and press it tightly
.
Cheese will help in binding the bread slices together. Cut them into triangles and serve.
