Ingredients
For batter :
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsps corn flour
- 1/2 teasp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil for deep frying
For Sauce :
- 1 onion
- 1/2 capsicum
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped ginger garlic pieces
- 2 tbsps Chilli Garlic Sauce I use Maggi brand
- 2 tbsps Tomato Ketchup you can also use Tomato Sauce if you have
- 1 tbsps soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt since soy sauce too has salt make sure you don't add too much of sauce
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Microwave cauliflower florets for 5 minutes. Alternatively you can also cook them in hot water with a pinch of salt for about 4-5 minutes.
- Pat them dry and leave it aside.
- Mix all the ingredients except florets mentioned in the "For Batter" section and make a batter by adding water to it. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thick and not too runny
- Dip the florets in the batter for about 3-4 minutes
- Later deep fry the florets and keep them aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions,ginger,garlic,capsicum and salt. Saute for 2 minutes in High Flame
- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce and chilli garlic sauce. Add 1/4 cup water as well. Mix everything together and Saute for 2 minutes until the raw smell in the sauces goes off
- Now add the deep fried cauliflower florets to the sauce. Ensure the sauce is coated well on all pieces
- Garnish the manchurian with Spring Onions and serve it with Rice or Roti
