This porridge is prepared from Sprouted Finger Millet flour (store bought packet). We all know the health benefits of Ragi (rich in calcium,Vitamin-D,helps with bone development) and including it in baby’s every day diet is really beneficial.
I use Aachi brand’s sprouted ragi flour powder. If you don’t have access to that specific brand you could try a different brand too. When compared to other porridges this one takes a bit longer time to cook. Adding jaggery,milk is optional

- 2 tbsp Sprouted Ragi flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp Jaggery Powder

Instructions
- Take a saucepan add ragi flour & water. Stir it well
- Then place the saucepan in medium low heat
- Keep on stirring the pan so that no lumps are formed
- Ragi takes approximately 10 minutes to get cooked completely
- Later add jaggery, milk and continue stirring for another 2 minutes
- Remove pan from heat. Add ghee and feed the porridge to baby
