A very easy accompaniment that is very similar to our usual raita. This Dip can be served along side French Fries, Potato Wedges,Nachos,stir fried vegetables etc.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 bunch Corriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic Crushed
- 1 Green Chillies (small)
- 1/4 inch Ginger piece
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Peel off cucumber and then cut it into halves (length wise)
- De seed the cucumber and grate them finely
- Blend together coriander leaves,ginger,garlic and chillies into a fine paste
- In a bowl add the grated cucumber,yogurt and the coriander paste
- Season them with salt and light pepper dash
- I added pomegranate seeds as a topping to this dip. This is totally optional.
