A simple yet delicious starter/Appetizer and a perfect dish for potluck parties. You can even replace paneer with Tofu and prepare this dish. Just make sure you have soft, fresh paneer and bread crumbs. I used Keya (Low Oil absorbent)Japanese bread crumbs that was available in the nearby store. I prepared this during my husband’s birthday and hence couldn’t take step wise pictures. Shall upload it later.

Ingredients
- 200 gms Paneer
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 tbsps Maida / All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Soak Paneer in water for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze water and using a kitchen towel pat them dry. This ensure the texture of paneer to be soft
- Cut paneer into finger size sticks. (chop them lengthwise)
- Mix turmeric, chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder with little water
- Marinate paneer fingers in this spice mix
- Make sure the paneer pieces are evenly coated
- Let them sit for about 20 minutes
- Mix maida and corn flour to a thick paste with little salt in it
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Keep the bread crumbs in a flat plate
- Dip paneer in maida corn paste and roll them with bread crumbs
- Allow crumbs to coat on the paste. Once all the panner fingers are coated with bread crumbs, deep fry them until golden brown
- Crunchy on outside, melt in mouth on the inside these paneer fingers are a perfect starter dish
- Serve them hot with Tomato Ketchup/Tomato Sauce
