Coriander is one of my favorite herbs and love the aroma of this chutney. This can be served as an accompaniment to Dosa or Idli. If you are preparing this as a side dish for evening snacks like Cutlet or samosa then you can exclude coconut and grind together rest of the ingredients

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 4 5 pods Garlic
- 2 tbsps Ginger Grated
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup coconut Shredded
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Hing (Perungayam)
- Curry leaves few (optional ingredient)

Instructions
- Remove coriander stems and wash the leaves thoroughly
- Grind all the ingredients together to form a thick paste
- Add water according to your need
