Easy to prepare sidedish and it goes well with Idly,Dosa, Pongal,Appam etc. U can prepare this in different ways and in the below method I have used Green Chillies. Instead u can also use Dried red chillies. It will also gives a good taste.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Shredded
- 2 tbsps Channa Dal Fried (Pottu Kadalai)
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1/4 inch Ginger
- 2 Garlic flakes
- Salt , Hing for taste
- Curry leaves Corrainger Leaves , few

- Grind all the above ingredients together by adding little water
- Heat oil
- Add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter
- Before serving add it to the chutney
