I prepared this for lunch last Sunday as an appetizer along with Veg Fried Rice. Yesterday was the first time that I made this popular Indo-Chinese dish and it turned out pretty great. ‘Milky Mist’ and ‘Heritage’s cottage cheese are soft, delicious and those are the ones mostly available in all super markets here in Chennai. They are my favorite brands. The following measurement serves two people.
