A spicy,tangy,crispy dish prepared using wheat bread. If you are bored with the regular bread toast or sandwich you can try out this.The following measurement serves two. Kindly adjust measurements according to your needs.

Ingredients
- 6 whole wheat bread
- 2 tbsps All purpose flour / Maida
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsps Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 cup Spring Onions (chopped finely)
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic pieces
- 1/4 tbsp Mustard

Instructions
- Cut wheat bread into small cubes
- In a large bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour,salt, chill powder together with little water and make it a paste 1/4 tbsp.The ratio of Maida : Corn Flour is 2 :1.
- The paste shouldn'be too runny. So add water accordingly
- Dip the bread pieces in the batter. Leave it aside for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a frying pan.Deep fry the bread pieces until golden brown and keep it aside
- In the meantime, heat a tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds
- Let them splutter. Now add onions, spring onions, salt and keep sautxe9ing
- Now add the fried bread pieces to this mixture
- Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce&chilli sauce one by one and sautxe9 for about 5 minutes
- Remove from the pan and serve it hot
