Started to explore Instagram recently and been updating my daily food menu there. It is always encouraging to see ‘likes’ ‘comments’ for your recipes/pictures. I am planning to write a series of simple breakfast/dinner recipes that I have shared in IG over the past few weeks. Also these recipes called for minimal ingredients less cooking time. Hope you all like it.
So coming back to ‘Cheese Dosa’ , as the name suggests you just need two ingredients. Cheese Dosa batter 🙂 Prepared this last weekend when I wasn’t in a mood to cook elaborate dinner.

Instructions
- Heat Dosa Tawa and pour a ladle full of batter on tawa
- Sprinkle cheese and dried oregano leaves
- Drizzle oil and close tawa with the lid
- Once the cheese melts, roll dosa and serve it. You don't have to flip the dosa
- Golden Brown 'Cheese Dosa' is ready to be served with Chutney/Sambhar
