Very easy to prepare crunchy snack. I have used capsicum, some fresh herbs and cheddar cheese. You can substitute with other cheese variety too. If you don’t like capsicum then replace it with some red onions.
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients by adding little water
- All purpose flour is just used for binding. And since I didn'bread crumbs handy I used semolina to just give a crispy texture to the pops t
- Let the dough rest for sometime (for about 10 15 minutes) Divide the dough into small balls.Heat oil for frying
- Fry until golden brown and cheese capsicum pops is ready to be served with Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
