Cauliflower is my favorite vegetable however my man is not a big fan of it. Though he loves manchurian, I thought of trying a different recipe apart from the fried ones. This kuruma/gravy was a perfect accompaniment for Rotis. He liked it a lot too. The below measurement serves 2. You can adjust spices according to your taste buds. I have used potato as well to add a bit of volume,texture to the gravy. If you don’t have potatoes readily available, then you can ignore it too.

Ingredients
- 250 gms cauliflower
- 100 gms Peas Fresh
- 1 potato Boiled
- 1 onion Big
- 2 tomato
- 1 Bayleaf
- 1 cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp jeera
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp chilli Powder
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric
- 4 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut Shredded
- 1 tbsp Saunf
- 1 green chilli

Instructions
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely. Cut boiled potato into cubes
- Par boil cauliflower and peas with little salt,turmeric
- Keep them aside
- Grind all the ingredients mentioned under 'To Grind' to a fine paste
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds,jeera,bay leaf,cinnamon stick
- Saute for a minute then add chopped onions in the pan
- Wait until onion turns slight brown in colour and then add tomatoes,salt,chilli powder
- Keep sauteing for about minutes 4 5
- Add cauliflower,peas and cubed potatoes
- Stir well and add some water
- Now add ground paste to the pan and let the whole gravy boil for sometime
- Cauliflower Peas gravy is ready to be served with RotiChappathiAppam
