Its a filling snack that can be made within 10-15 minutes. I have stuffed bread slices with Tomato Sauce however you can replace it with Mint chutney,Coriander chutney or any of your favorite sauces.

- 4 Whole Wheat Bread White bread or slices
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Besan Bengal Gram Flour / (u0b95u0b9fu0bb2u0bc8 u0baeu0bbeu0bb5u0bc1) \
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/4 tbsp Chili Powder
- pinch Salt a
- pinch Soda (this is totally optional) Bicarbonate a
- pinch Hing a generous
- Water
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Mix Gram flour,rice flour,salt,hing and chili powder together.
- Add water and whisk everything.
- The consistency of the batter should be slightly thick and not too runny.
- Cut bread into triangle shapes (Using a sharp knife slice bread diagonally)
- Spread sauce on a bread piece
- Stuff the other slice on top of it.
- Dip this in flour batter and fry until they are golden brown
- Serve it with ketchup or coconut chutney.
