Whenever i run out of ideas to prepare evening snack, I usually prepare this bread bajji. Bread and other ingredients are mostly available in my kitchen pantry.

Ingredients
- 4 Wheat Bread (Cut into slices of desired shape)
- 4 tbsps Gram Flour
- 2 tbsps Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp RedChilli Powder
- 2 tbsps Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Hing
- pinch Baking Soda a
- Water cooking oil to make the battar and for frying

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except bread with adequate amount of waterThe consistency of the batter shouldn't be too thick nor too thin
- Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip the bread slices in the batter.
- Leave them slowly in the oil and wait until they turn golden brown.
- Drain the excess of oil.
- Bread bajji is ready to be served with Tomato Ketchup or any chutney.
