- 2 Bittergourd
- 2 tbsps All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour Rice flour /
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Hing / Asefetodia
- 1/2 tbsp BreadCrumbs (optional)
- Oil for frying
- Water

- Chop the bittergourd into small discs. Mix it with little salt and leave it aside for 10 minutes
- Squeeze the water completely from bitter gourd.This will remove the bitterness
- Now mix maida,corn flour,salt,hing,chilli powder with bitter gourd by adding little water
- If you add more water the crispiness will be lost.If you have bread crumbs readily available in your kitchen you could use it too
- Let the marinated bitter gourd be aside for about minutes 10
- Heat oil in a frying pan.Fry the bittergoud in oil until it turns golden brown
- Remove the excess oil by placing it on a tissue paper
- Crunchy bittergourd chips are ready to be served
