Avacadao Spinach Smoothie :
Avocado is my current favorite and am including it in my meal at least once a week. They are so good in lowering cholestrol and keeps your tummy full for a longer time. This creamy smoothie along with the goodness of spinach is the best way to start your day. I haven’t added sugar. If you have a sweet tooth then add in 1 tbsp of sugar while preparing the smoothie.
Instructions
- Wash baby spinach leaves thoroughly
- Cut avocado into half and remove seed
- Scoop out the flesh and add in to blender or normal mixie jar
- Add off spinach, milk,cinnamon, almonds and vanilla extract
- Blend until they are smooth and if you find the smoothie is bit thicker then add little water to dilute it
- I served a top of this smoothie with a tbsp of Granola Mix that I had prepared earlier this week,
- Such a filling and healthy breakfast. Do give it a try and let me know if you like it
