I have used white flattened rice(Poha) however you can try using Red Rice Flakes too.

Instructions
- Soak poha in water for about 10 minutes. I used thin variety of flakes. If you are using thick flakes, make sure to soak in water at least 20 minutes
- Drain water completely
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and add cashews
- Once they are golden brown remove from pan and keep it aside
- In the same pan add poha and saute for about minutes 2 3
- And then add powdered jaggery
- Depending on the variety of jaggery the quantity might differ. So kindly check and adjust. If the jaggery is too dark brown in color, then you might need a lesser amount of jaggery
- Add grated coconut and cardamom powder
- Mix everything together. Once the jaggery starts melting simmer the flame and close the pan with a lid
- Let them get cooked for about 10 minutes
- Before serving add the roasted cashewnuts, some ghee on top and serve it hot drizzle
