I tried recreating that mouth-watering dish and it came out really well.The ingredients are simple and it took around 30 minutes to prepare.With the following measurement you will get about 10-12 cheese balls approximately.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 3 tbsps Maida (All purpose flour)
- 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 cup Cheese Grated (I used around 4 Amul cheese cubes)
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 4 tbsps Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 150 gms Bread Crumbs
- Vegetable Oil for frying

- Add 2 tbsp of Maida in water and make it to a slightly thick paste.Keep it aside.This will be used as a dipping batter.
- Boil the corn kernels with little salt in water.Drain the water completely.
- Grind chilli,pepper and corn to a coarse mixture.
- In a frying pan heat butter and add remaining Maida to it.
- Saute it in butter for 2 minutes and then add milk.They form a thick mixture.
- Turn off the stove and once it is cooled add the corn,pepper mixture,grated cheese,salt to it.
- Mix them completely and now make equal sized cheese balls.
- Dip them in Maida batter,coat them in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
- In case if they split while frying, it means the batter is thin.Add some more all purpose flour and then try repeating the process.
- Crispy,Yummy corn cheese balls are ready to be served.
- I prepared Fried Rice, Paneer Butter masala along with this.
