Sandwiches are one of the healthy breakfasts and I always use Whole wheat bread instead of the normal sweet bread.As mentioned in my earlier post, the corn paste can be used as a sandwich spread too.
Ingredients :
Whole Wheat bread – 4.
Corn Paste.
Grated veggies (carrot) – 1/2 cup.
Sliced Cucumber or onion – few pieces.
Method of Preparation :
Spread the corn past evenly on the bread.
Place the grated carrot and onion slices.
The breads are ready to go into the sandwich maker.
Serve them with fruit juice or raw fruits.
