You can check my previous version of Veg Fried Rice recipe here . I pretty much followed the same steps however made two changes from my previous recipe. I used Green Chilli Sauce and also used white pepper powder instead of black pepper powder. While sautéing the veggies you can add them.
After cooking the Basmati rice make sure it is cooled off completely. This will ensure that the rice doesn’t get smashed up and could see each and every cooked rice grain separately.
