Wheat Bread Toast & Pan fried Paneer
Its been a while I haven’t updated this page.. Here is a quick breakfast recipe. Simple and healthy too. You can serve with some fresh vegetables too. Best & easy way to use leftover cottage cheese 🙂

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Bread
100
gms
Paneer
(Cottage Cheese)
1/4
tbsp
Salt
1/2
tbsp
Chilli
Powder
1/2
tbsp
Turmeric
1/2
tbsp
Coriander
Powder
1
tbsp
Butter
2
tbsps
Oil
Instructions
Make a paste out of salt and other dry powders
Cut paneer to cubes and marinate them with this spicy paste
Keep it aside for 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer cubes until the sides turn golden brown
Apply butter on the sides of bread
Heat non stick dosa tawa
Toast wheat bread with butter and serve with fried paneer, tomato ketchup
