Instructions
Cook Basmati Rice until its 3/4th done and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add whole spice, saute for a minute and then add the chopped veggies and the spice powders

Add 1/2 cup water and in low flame make sure the veggies get cooked for atleast 5-7 minutes
Later add the Basmati Rice, kasuri methi leaves and green peas
Carefully mix with a spatula. Ensure you don’t smash the rice
Sprinkle 1/4 cup water, lemon juice and close the pan
Let the rice get cooked along with the veggies for 5-6 minutes in a low flame
Adjust salt and serve this spice Vegetable Rice and raita of your choice
