Add Quinoa and cover the pan with a lid. Let it get cooked in low flame for about 20 minutes
Turn off the flame and remove the sauce pan from heat Let the quinoa get cooled down. In the meantime finely chop the veggies (onion,carrot,capsicum and beans)
Heat sesame oil in a wok/non-stick pan and add in the veggies
Sprinkle salt and white pepper powder. Continue sautxe9ing for 2-3 minutes
Do not add water. This will change the texture of the fried quinoa
Within ten minutes the vegetables will be half cooked
Fluff the cooked quinoa with fork and then add it to the wok
Toss the quinoa and make sure that it is mixed with veggies and spices
At this stage add the soy sauce and tomato chilli sauce
Using a fork mix everything together and close the pan with a lid
Let the quinoa get cooked for 5 minutes
Turn off the flame and transfer quinoa to a serving bowl
