I prepare it mainly with Pongal – Grind 1/2 cup of Coconut with 1/4 cup of Raw Coriander seeds & 2 tbsp Sambar Powder to a smooth paste – Add this paste to vegetable + dal mixture. Pressure cook it for 4 whistles Flavorful Sambar will be ready within 20 minutes
