Stuffed Mushrooms
It took less than fifteen minutes to prepare this delicious snack. Ensure you have fresh button mushrooms. You can include your own choice of veggies and add spices according to your taste buds for the filling. You might try paneer or tofu based filling as well.

Button Mushrooms

Instructions
Clean button mushrooms with damp towel and remove the stem. Chop mushroom stem, onion, garlic pods finely.
Heat 1/2 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick dosa pan.
Add onions, mushroom stems, grated ginger, garlic on tawa.
Sprinkle salt, white pepper powder and sautxe9 for about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the stuffing from pan and let them cool in a bowl.
Heat a tbsp. of oil and place the mushrooms on the pan upside down.
Sprinkle salt and wait until the outer layer of mushroom shrinks a bit.
Now fill the mushrooms with the stuffing.
Let them be on tawa for about 3-4 minutes.
Finally add some grated cheese above the filling and wait until cheese melts.
Cheesy spicy stuffed mushrooms are ready to be served.
