Stir Fried Vegetables
If you looking for a lighter lunch or dinner then Stir fried vegetables is a great choice. This way you can try and eat whole bowl of veggies atleast once a week.

Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables length wise
  2. Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan
  3. Add cumin seeds,curry leaves
  4. Let it splutter
  5. Add the vegetables,salt,coriander powder and pepper powder
  6. Keep on stirring the vegetables for about minutes 2 4
  7. The crunchiness of the vegetables should not be lost
  8. Remove it from stove and serve it with a dip(Corainder Dip)
