  1. In a wide bowl mix all the ingredients except oil. Form a stiff dough by adding water. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll them to rotis.
  2. Using a knife or pizza cutter & cut maida roti into thin strips and then make pieces
  3. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown
  4. Crunchy Savory Maida biscuits are ready to be served along with a cup of hot masala chai/coffee
