Savory Maida Biscuits are prepared by deep frying All Purpose flour dough. You can add spice based on your preference

Ingredients

cup
all purpose flour
Maida
1/2
tsp
salt
1
teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder
1
teaspoon
Hing

ajwain
1
tbsp
ghee
Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
In a wide bowl mix all the ingredients except oil. Form a stiff dough by adding water. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll them to rotis.
Using a knife or pizza cutter & cut maida roti into thin strips and then make pieces
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown
Crunchy Savory Maida biscuits are ready to be served along with a cup of hot masala chai/coffee
