Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Dilute kanji powder with water first and then boil it
  2. This step prevents lump formation
  3. Keep on stirring the mixture and within 5 minutes the porridge will start to thicken
  4. Add extra water if you want the porridge to be in thin consistency
  5. Or else add milk, continue stirring for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the flame
  6. Add Ghee and once the desired temperature is reached, you can feed it to baby

This is how the pack looks like. I forgot to  take step wise pictures when I was in India for vacation. I asked Appa to take some pictures whenever they  prepare next fresh batch of health mix for themselves. He sent it via whatsapp. Hopefully when I go there shall try make this again at home and will take clear pictures 🙂
