Rava Kozhukattai
Navarathri starts tomorrow. It is always good to give different prasadhams/nevedhyams rather than the usual Sundal (ofcourse sundal is the best. But for a change). I have used around 250 gms of semolina. In case if you wish to serve more people adjust measurements accordingly.

In the same pan dry roast rava for few minutes
Add jaggery syrup to the roasted semolina and keep on stirring the mix 2 cups
Add nuts & raisins to the pan
Turn off the stove and let the dough cooldown
Add the remaining ghee to the dough and make small balls
