Instructions
In a pan dry roast Poha for about 3-4 minutes
Remove it and keep aside. In the same pan toss Roasted gram/Pottukadalai for a minute or two
Grind them both together to a fine powder
Heat 2 tbsp Ghee in the pan and add jaggery powder. It will start melting
At this stage add Poha+Roasted Gram Powder and in a slow flame mix everything together
Keep on roasting until it turns slightly brown in color
Now grind the nuts along with the cardamom powder, Poha+Jaggery mixture
This step will help in preparing laddus faster
Transfer it to a plate, add the remaining ghee. Mix everything together
