Instructions

Add mustard seeds, urad dal seeds. Let them splutter
Add salt, hing and curry leaves

Now add the chopped idlis and fry for a minute
Sprinkle idli powder generously on the wok and keep sauteing for about minutes 2 3
Ensure all the idli pieces are evenly coated with dry powder
Turn off stove and just add a oil again. This adds nice sesame flavor to the idlis tsp
Serve hot with coconut chutney
