ParBoiled rice Porridge (Puzhungal Arisi Kanji)
Instructions
Dry Roast Parboiled Rice in medium flame. Do not add oil or ghee. Once the raw smell goes off, grind it to coarse powder along with Ajwain. Store the powder in airtight container and make it in batches once in a while.
Take 2tbsp of this porridge powder and mix it with water.Let the mixture in medium flame for about 10-12 minutes
Rice would have been cooked well
At this stage turn off porridge and serve as it is
